We are not Direct Lenders, Mortgage Bankers or Mortgage Brokers .  We  are business development representatives who assist clients in packaging a detailed commercial executive summary request for capital funding.  We work with you to find lending sources for your type of request then package the initial request and submit to select financial providers.  When a commercial financial provider provides terms and general conditions acceptable to the client, The borrower and the financial provider begin to work together directly with Prime Source Commercial Funding consulting as needed.  

We help make sure a client's funding request is as complete as possible.  Prime Source Commercial Funding then seek commercial funders for commercial projects, joint ventures and investments, both secured and unsecured.  We seek JV partners for clients looking for equity partners and debt partners for clients looking for lending avenues.  We are not all things to all people but we are focused on matching the client's project needs with interested parties looking for opportunities like your project.  What we are, is good at packaging funding request and finding money for viable projects!

We do not charge an upfront fee for our services.  If we are not able to locate a funding source, there is no charge.  If we do locate a funding source, we are only paid when your project is funded.  In other words, we don't make money if  you don't !  As Business Development Representatives, we have access to many types of funding sources:  We have access to lenders, private money capital, hedge funds, REITS, JV partners even factoring of accounts receivables. Financial Providers are looking for quality commercial related projects as well as in-ground and JV projects.   Most  property types are acceptable. 

We also have investors and sources for in-ground funding for projects like mining, oil and gas.  These projects are funded based purely on the provable value of the assets; not the credit worthiness of the principals.
